At least 2 years management experience
Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
Proven work experience as a restaurant manager in a similar environment

Duties

Managing the restaurant in accordance with company Policies and Procedures
Ensure team consistency in delivery of exceptional service
Implementing operational working procedures
Implementing safe working practices to ensure safety of staff and customers
Stock and staff management
