A reputable Construction company in Cape Town is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in Project Management or similar
  • 3 – 5 years as Project Manager in the Construction Industry
  • Own reliable transport

Duties
  • Costings of project
  • Able to read plans accurately
  • Manages employees and oversees their work
  • Obtains all necessary regulations and permits
  • Orders necessary supplies, tools and equipment
  • Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports
  • Update schedules, track progress and document project progression
  • Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians and other specialists
  • Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists
  • Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed
