HR Coordinator


A reputable company in Sandton is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Candidate Requirements
  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • 3 years experience as Human Resources Administrator
  • 3 years experience in Payroll administration
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources Information systems
  • Fulfilling the entire recruitment and selection function
  • Providing general professional assistance and HR Coordination support services
  • Recording all invoices received and following up on payments
  • Verifying all time sheets signed by managers and input into payroll system
  • Ensuring that all medical aid and pension fund enrolment forms are properly completed for new system
  • Accurate record keeping and filing of all documents
  • Provide and analyse various HR reports.
