HR Coordinator

Intro

A reputable company in Sandton is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Candidate Requirements

National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
3 years experience as Human Resources Administrator
3 years experience in Payroll administration
Knowledge of the Human Resources Information systems

Duties

Fulfilling the entire recruitment and selection function
Providing general professional assistance and HR Coordination support services
Recording all invoices received and following up on payments
Verifying all time sheets signed by managers and input into payroll system
Ensuring that all medical aid and pension fund enrolment forms are properly completed for new system
Accurate record keeping and filing of all documents
Provide and analyse various HR reports.

Salary:

R15 000 per month
